AI is already deciding who to recommend near you. Chantry finds every gap where you’re left out and closes it for you, automatically. Built for the owner who runs the business, not the agency that bills you.

Chantry was not built by an agency or a venture fund. Harry ran his own local business, watched great owners lose customers to worse ones because of how they showed up online, and could not find a single tool built for people like them.
AI search made that problem ten times harder to solve alone. So he built one.

This is the real dashboard, shown with a sample account. Your AI mention rate is measured from real AI engine queries; the visibility score blends that with your search presence.
You show up across most of the places buyers look, here’s where to push further.
Auto-updates · checked 12 hr agoWatch
Chantry tracks every competitor in your category within your area - their AI mention rate, review velocity, Google prominence, and profile activity. Your neighbourhood leaderboard updates every week so you always know who is gaining, who is slipping, and where the gaps are opening.
Find
Chantry turns the questions buyers ask AI into a ranked opportunity feed. Each gap is a query where a rival gets named and you do not, scored by real demand, how winnable it is, and how long it has been open. The biggest, most winnable gaps rise to the top.
Close
Claim a gap and Autopilot runs the whole campaign. It builds the answer page, orchestrates review asks, and fixes citation inconsistencies - sequenced in the right order and applied overnight. Safe changes go live automatically. Anything public-facing waits for your one-tap approval.
Prove
A campaign is not done until it is measured. About two weeks after the work lands, Chantry re-asks the exact query across the AI assistants we track and records the flip. You see the before and after for every gap you close, not a promise.
You run the business. You should not need an SEO degree, a long contract, or a dashboard with forty tabs. Here is how Chantry stacks up against the usual options.
| Doing it yourself | Reporting tool | Marketing agency | Chantry | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | $0 cash, 10+ hrs your time | $50 - $300 / month | $1,500 - $4,000 / month | $49 - $199 / month |

Not an agency. Not a venture fund. Chantry was built by someone who ran his own local business, watched great owners lose to worse ones online, and could not find a single tool built for people like them.

When Harry was 17, he started a window cleaning company called Squeaky T’s out of Southampton, Ontario. The work was good. The customers came back. But every time he tried to grow online, the same wall appeared. Agencies wanted $3,000 just to start. SEO firms talked in circles. The tools that existed were built for marketing teams with budgets and time, not for someone running routes between houses on a summer morning.
So the work stayed local. Spread by word of mouth. Done on foot.
He watched the same thing happen everywhere he worked. The coffee shop that had been there thirty years. The restaurant the whole neighbourhood loved. The salon where the owner knew every customer by name. Good businesses, run by real people, losing online to worse ones. Not because the work was bad, but because nobody built them a fair shot.
Good businesses, run by real people, losing to a system they did not know existed.
ChatGPT launched. Then Gemini. Then Perplexity. Buyers stopped Googling and started asking. And the local businesses that had already been invisible online became invisible in a whole new place, one most of them did not even know existed yet.
When someone asks ChatGPT for the best restaurant on their street, it names one. Usually not the best one. Usually the one with the most consistent information across the web. The one that showed up prepared for a world most owners have not caught up to yet.
That gap is what Chantry closes.
Chantry Island sits off the coast of Southampton, Ontario, a lighthouse built to guide boats safely through the night.
Harry spent summers there, working the waterfront, looking out at that light. When it came time to name the company, nothing else felt right. A lighthouse does not ask boats to find it. It just shows up, every night, in exactly the right place.
That is what Chantry does for local businesses.
Not because of a polished pitch. Because the problem is real, the people it affects are everywhere, and the solution works. That is Harry on stage at the national final, in the photo at the top of this page.
Not agencies. Not marketing teams. Not SaaS companies with dedicated growth budgets.
Chantry is built for the owner who opens at 7am and locks up at 10pm. The one who built something real in their neighbourhood and just wants the people around them to know it exists.
If that is you, you are in the right place.
Your full AI and Google visibility, your block rank, and the gaps you can win. It takes about a minute.
Run your free scan →A simple explanation of what Chantry does, how the agent works, and what you get for your money.
Eight things Chantry does for your business, in the order they happen. Each one is built to win the query that is currently going to a competitor around the corner.
Your score
Chantry runs 25 separate checks and rolls them into a single visibility score out of 100, split into how AI sees you, how Google ranks you, and how strong your wider presence is. You see the exact gaps dragging the number down, in order of impact. And you see a 90-day projection, so you know what the score becomes once the agent has been working.
AI visibility
When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini for a local business like yours, do you get named, or does a rival? Chantry asks the real questions your customers ask and records who each engine recommends. You get a mention rate for every engine, the exact questions you are missing from, and the buyer phrasing that is leaving you out.
Google visibility
AI is the new front door, but most jobs still start on Google. Chantry checks your real local ranking for the searches that bring paying work, both the map pack and the blue links underneath. You see where you sit, who is above you, and which fixable signals are keeping you off the first screen.
The Block
Every business in your category around you, ranked on one leaderboard. Chantry scores each rival on AI mentions, review velocity and Google prominence, then updates the order every week. You can see who is gaining, who is slipping, and the exact rivals AI keeps recommending instead of you.
Opportunities
Chantry turns the questions buyers ask AI into a ranked opportunity feed. Each gap is a query where a rival gets named and you do not, scored by real demand, how winnable it is, and how long it has been open. The biggest, most winnable gaps sit at the top, ready to hand to Autopilot.
Autopilot
Claim a gap and Autopilot runs the whole campaign. It builds the answer page, orchestrates review asks, and fixes citation inconsistencies, sequenced in the right order and applied overnight. Safe changes go live automatically. Public-facing ones wait for your one-tap approval, and every action is logged with a timestamp.
Proof
A campaign is not done until it is measured. About two weeks after the work lands, Chantry re-asks the exact query across the AI assistants we track and records the flip. You see the before and after for every gap you close, so the result is something you can show, not a promise.
On autopilot
Once it is set up, you do not have to drive it. Every week Chantry checks where you stand, finds the new gaps, closes what it safely can, publishes the changes, then re-scans to prove what moved, and reports back. Then it starts again. You get one plain-English email on Monday with what changed and your new score. No login needed to read it.
These are the 25 factors AI assistants and Google weigh when they decide who to recommend. Every one is scored on your first scan, then watched as your agent works, with a one-line explanation of what it actually is.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or the "user") and Chantry Leads Ltd ("Chantry", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of chantryleads.com and the Chantry platform (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Chantry is a market intelligence and execution platform for local businesses. It tracks how businesses appear when consumers ask AI assistants for local recommendations, surfaces gaps against competitors, and, on paid Autopilot plans, executes fixes such as answer page generation and review-ask orchestration through an automated agent.
The set of AI assistants Chantry actively queries changes as engines become available to us and as we are able to query them with live web access. We publish the current list in the product, and we only ever report a result from an assistant we actually asked. We do not claim coverage of an assistant we are not querying.
Chantry measures AI visibility, surfaces competitive gaps, and, on Autopilot plans, takes automated action intended to improve how AI engines describe and recommend your business. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, score, mention rate, increase in leads, revenue, or other result from using the Service. The AI assistants we query are operated by third parties outside our control, change their behaviour without notice, and may name or omit any business for reasons unrelated to anything Chantry does. The Service is not sold with any guarantee that your visibility score will improve, and no refund is owed on the basis of results.
Chantry's scans, scores, leaderboards, competitor comparisons, gap findings, and any other narrative, descriptive, or evaluative content generated by the Service (collectively, "Platform Content") are produced using automated tools, third-party data sources, and outputs from third-party AI models. Platform Content is provided "as is" and "as available", for informational purposes only.
You agree not to:
If your business appears on a public page and you would like it removed, you can ask us directly and we will action reasonable requests. Write to hello@chantryleads.com with the business name and where you saw it, or use the removal link on the page itself. We aim to respond within five business days. You do not need to be a customer, and you do not need to explain why.
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party providers, including AI platforms, Google (Business Profile, Places, OAuth), Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chantry and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service, including reliance on any Platform Content, score, competitor comparison, or automated action taken by Autopilot. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Chantry in the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limits may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Chantry harmless from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes or misrepresents another party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version stamp, shown at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Service, update the version and effective date, and record your acceptance of the new version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
